MOTOYE EXCHANGE, RETURN AND INCIDENT POLICY
From the MOTOYE team we want to inform you that all our customers have a guarantee of return of their products in the terms and conditions developed below.
CHANGE OF MIND OR ERROR IN THE ORDER
If you change your mind or have made a mistake when ordering a product, you can return it free of charge within 14 calendar days of receiving it. In this case, you can request a refund or a discount voucher for future purchases.
For more information see our terms and conditions section 4.6.1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. You must bear the direct cost of returning the products. The cost of the return will depend on the products to be returned, you can consult it at the transport center to which you go.
The amount of the material that arrives open, in poor condition or with damaged packaging will not be refunded. If the reason for the return is to exchange one product for another, the costs of the new shipment are borne by the customer.
In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it will be the customer who sends the products by certified mail. Once we receive the merchandise and the ticket of the shipping cost, we will proceed to refund the amount of the shipment with a maximum cost of € 10.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND WARRANTIES.
All our new products have a 2-year manufacturing warranty. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of affected parts in case of manufacturing defects. The choice will be made between replacement, repair or price reduction of the product as far as possible.

- Los productos que presenten daños causados por un montaje no conforme a las instrucciones de montaje dadas por MOTOYE, así como el uso y el mantenimiento del producto.
- Transportar el producto sin el embalaje original.
- Burns, cuts, rubbing, wrinkles, signs, scratches or other damage caused by animals or improper or incorrect use of the product to the recommended and advertised.
- Use and contact with chemical products (acids, solvents, dyes, paint, ammonia, lacquers or other hairdressing products ...), treatment with cleaning products not indicated for the specific upholstery of the guaranteed product.
- Non-premature wear or aging of the product.
- Indirect damages and losses of any kind.
You are aware that most of the material sold is used from scrapyards, second-hand spare parts, recovered and prepared for use and operation, so the warranty of these products is 2 years. In second-hand products the customer may not demand replacement.
For the validity of the warranty and the return, exchange or repair it is essential to provide the purchase data, product reference, the defect and the affected part, as well as images showing the damage or defects.
Otherwise, we reserve the right not to enforce the warranty or incur a charge for transportation and repair costs of the product, when the problem is not caused by a defect covered by this warranty.
In case of replacement, the change will always be made for the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced, MOTOYE being responsible for the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment.
If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the costs of return and new shipment will not be assumed by MOTOYE.
DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSPORT.
When the order is delivered:
- Review your orderWrite down on the packing slip any damage or breakage of the package.
- If it is damaged, do not accept the order and contact us to solve the problem.
If you have accepted the goods and when you open the box you see that it is in poor condition, take one or more photographs of the state of the box and the material and contact us as soon as possible.
We will make the claim to the agency and send you, again, your order immediately and, of course, free of charge.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Regardless of the reason for the return, the steps to follow are indispensable:
1.- Send us an email to email@example.com or by calling us at 915087933 - 915080248. We will indicate how you can act the return of the item, individually, to facilitate the procedures to the CLIENT. Our telephone service hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
2.- The item to be returned, in any case, must be correctly packaged for return, being the CLIENT who must ensure that it is in optimal conditions Returns of personalized items will not be accepted, understood as products on request, on demand.
MOTOYE will inform the CUSTOMER in advance if the products purchased fall into this category.MOTOYE may not accept a return when the established conditions are not met.
The period to make an exchange or a return is 14 calendar days after delivery of the order.
WHO BEARS THE RETURN COSTS?
If the return made is the cause of an error in the shipment, damage to the product during transport or any defect assignable to MOTOYE, the shipping costs to send us the purchase will be assumed, in full, by MOTOYE.
For cases of exercise of the right of withdrawal, it will be you who assume the costs of sending us the products. It will be up to you to decide the shipping method you are going to use.
